As a fully qualified Quilter's Husband, and a very keen photographer, Bob made a photographic record of the Furness Shoreline Quilters Show in July 2003. He made this into a slide show to be played on a computer, which was just terrific in itself, but at the beginning of the slide show was this song, which I thought was an absolute GEM.
Bob and his wife Margaret lived up in Cumbria for a quite while and frequented Patchwork Plus on many occasions, so just who did he have in mind when he wrote this song? - Boy could I name a few, but that's another story, which reminds me I really must write the end of my trilogy.
I have pursuaded Bob to allow me to feature the Song on my web site, to share this good humoured, decriptive little song for all those who wish to have an extra ray of sunshine in their day - and a chuckle of course.
